The house is a non-smoking house.
On the ground floor is a living room (25 m2) with a seating and dining area. There is a television with 32 channels and DVD and CD player.
Next to the living area is the kitchen as well as a shower room and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, combi- microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (“Senseo” and coffeemachine), electric kettle, toaster and an extractor fan.
A bedroom with a double bed and a sink is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. The bedroom at the front has a bunk bed and a single bed. The bedroom at the rear has a double bed.
Both rooms are equipped with sinks.
The bedroom at the rear has a baby cot, changing table, baby bath, high chair and nappy bin.
On the landing there is a safety barrier at the top of the stairs.
